JASON VOORHEES : THE LOVEABLE SILENT TRAGIC KILLER

Jason Voorhees, the central figure of the Friday the 13th franchise, is one of the most iconic figures in horror cinema. Despite his role as a mass murderer, he has captivated audiences for decades. Below is an in-depth review and analysis of Jason’s character, exploring his origins, motivations, design, and lasting appeal.

Jason's story begins with tragedy. As a young boy, he suffered fr
om hydrocephalus and deformities, making him a target for bullying. His drowning at Camp Crystal Lake, caused by the negligence of the camp counselors, laid the foundation for his transformation into a vengeful killer.

This makes the fans feel so pity and ashamed of how they humiliate Jason. The fans sees Jason as tragical good kid who is lonely and sad at the sametime. His appearances also made him the most iconic slasher and its easy to remember from his machete and the hockey mask.

And what makes me and Jason Voorhees fans respects him , is when he encounter two bad guys who tried to sexually assault her with drugs. Jason the proceeded to walk and incapacitated both of them. Though he is a killer , he let the female victim run for her safety then he gave a little nod to know that he did a little good deed. Here is the video

I realized myself when i see this video and the movie , although Jason is a mass murderer he has a good actions to make the fans love and respect for what he did. According Gabriel Theis from Dread Central "It’s cute and threatening at the same time, a statement that couldn’t be applied to any other icon of terror post-Universal Monsters. That’s because Jason is shy. Nervous. Wary. The poor guy doesn’t know what to do or how to carry himself"
